Shipping & Returns
Vintage Objects ships worldwide. Please contact us for a quote for the cost of transportation. We process orders within 5-7 business days of receipt of your order. You will receive an email shortly after you have placed your order, your information will be safely encrypted until payment. Payment will not be processed until the customer accepts the cost of insured transport. Please note handling your order may take longer during holidays.
Shipment
You will receive an email with further tracking information once the item leaves our warehouse. You will receive photos ensuring how the item was prepared, packed and shipped. Please allow up to 5 business days to prepare and dispatch an item for shipping.
Front-door delivery
Our shipments are delivered in a custom made crate and are fully insured until the destination of arrival. The insurance covers for the price of the object paid by the client. If the item were to arrive damaged than the insurance will cover this.

Returns
If you wish to return your item, you are entitled to do so if this is communicated within 3 days of arrival. The client is liable for repackaging and shipment back to the warehouse in the Netherlands. All costs involved, transport both ways, insurance, custom made wooden crate, custom handling cost and VAT, must be paid by the customer.
