The natural patina developed over time enhances the depth and tonal variation of the metal, lending the piece a warm, sculptural presence that shifts beautifully with the light.

The softly rounded edges and refined proportions reflect Lilienthal’s mastery of material and form, while the dark-stained, tapered wooden legs provide a calm architectural counterpoint to the expressive copper surface. The result is a table that feels both grounded and refined—decorative without excess, bold without ostentation.

A striking statement piece that functions equally well in a sophisticated modern interior or a curated collector’s setting, this table embodies the essence of German mid-century craftsmanship and material innovation.

An authentic and increasingly rare example of Heinz Lilienthal’s work, highly sought after by collectors of post-war European design.

Dimensions : Height: 46 cm / 18.1 in x Width: 141 cm / 55.5 in x Depth: 66 cm / 26.0 in

Designer Information – Heinz Lilienthal

Heinz Lilienthal (1927–2006) was a German designer renowned for his pioneering use of metal—particularly copper and brass—in furniture during the 1950s and 1960s.
